Managing Partner, Lorraine Lewis
Lorraine Lewis founded the firm in 1989 and it was incorporated in 1997. She is a highly experienced and respected professional with over twenty five years in executive search of which eight of those were spent, from its beginnings, assisting the successful growth of The Bedford Consulting Group.
Lorraine’s extensive knowledge, confidence, personal style and ethics have shaped Lewis Companies Inc. into an international client & candidate oriented results-driven search organization. Her search experience covers a diverse and extensive range of industry sectors and functions, including: aerospace, arts and entertainment, automotive, communications, consumer products, engineering services, financial services, hospitality, information technology, life sciences and health, non-profit, public sector, pulp and paper, real estate, retail, services and transportation.
Alongside Lorraine’s executive search professional life, she was also a volunteer, over a period of eight years as, Director & President of the Rosedale-Moore Park Association Board of Directors, a large membership community organisation in Toronto. She also served as Corporate Sponsorship Chair of the Multiple Sclerosis Society and as Vice-President of the Toronto Boys’ Choir.
Lorraine attended Lady Spencer Churchill College, Oxford, England, to study a double major programme in Education and English and became Director of Societies in her second year and President of the Junior Common Room in her final year.
